IDSync technical support team is available to assist you during our standard support hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time.
Should you need support after our normal office hours, we office 24×7 extended hours support with a paid support contract.  You may reach our after hours team by calling one of our office numbers and selecting the option of EMERGENCY after-hours support
