Issue(s) Addressed: Cost data retrieval from Ingram
Description of Issue: For MSPs who have a large number of invoices per month from Ingram, the ODIN API would sometimes fail to return invoice data. This would result in products displaying in the IDSync Cloud Billing platform with a $0.00 cost assigned.
Resolution: IDSync’s synchronization process has been modified to pull invoices on a day-by-day basis rather than pulling 30 days of invoices at one time. While this results in more API calls it helps avoid timeouts and results in ODIN returning cost data on a more consistent basis.
